Shipping & Policies

SHIPPING: 

As we are operating under only one person, please allow 1-2 weeks to process, package, and ship your order. Once the jewelry is out of our hands and in the hands of the postal service, it is no longer our responsibility. Currently we only ship to the US and Canada.

Aura Gaia is not responsible for returned packages due to incorrect addresses or any unclaimed packages from the post office. 

Any customs duties, charges, import fees, taxes, etc. are the obligation of the customer. Aura Gaia is not responsible nor will be held liable for fees post shipment. 

RETURNS: 

All sales are final. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at auragaiajewelry@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
